Integral Color for Overlays is a pre-measured, concentrated liquid designed to integrally color cementitious mixtures and polishable overlays. Available in nine colors, Integral Color for Overlays blends easily into overlays during the mixing process to create attractive and consistent hard surfaces. The UV-resistant, easy-to-mix colors produce a uniform and consistent color results in overlay applications. The 2-year shelf life will allow distribution to stock the product, which puts us ahead of the competition in availability. The 1-bottle-to-1-bag ratio makes it easy for contractors to perform a consistent and repeatable finish. Integral Colors for Overlays has been tested with all major polishable products on the market today.

Limitations

  • Overlay composition, color, aggregate exposure, and finish will affect the final color.
  • Water content is critical to the self-leveling characteristics of the overlays.  Adjusting the water content when adding integral colorants can have varying results in the physical properties of the overlay.
