The Mark-III Dust Buggy is a revolutionary product that is changing the way we clean-out joints and cut concrete. The joint clean-out machine is the third generation of the famous “Dust Buggy.” The Mark-III is designed to clean-out joints and cut remove existing joint filler faster and more accurately. A specially designed blade guard allows the operator to see the blade yet still covers 98% of it for excellent dust control. The handle was redesigned for more stability, adjustable height, and rotates to get closer to walls or racks. The joint clean-out saw cuts up to 2” deep. The concrete clean-out saw fully complies with ANSI diamond blade speed regulations.

Production rates vary, but a good operator can easily clean out 10,000 linear feet of new, unfilled joints in an 8-hour shift.
