Description
These Redi Lock style high quality metal bond tools were specifically designed for aggressive removal of concrete, coatings and patch materials. Can be used wet or dry are available in single, double and triple seg configurations. The segments are designed with multiple corners to create leading edges to bite into the surface.
The large 13mm tall segments and high diamond concentration ensure long life (10K sq ft +) when the correct bond is selected. The segments are placed parallel to the edge of the tooling plate. This strategic placement creates a more aggressive angle of attack delivering a more robust cut and scratch pattern. “Ripper” seg tools are the recommended first step in the polishing process to achieve bigger aggregate exposure, remove surface imperfections, curled joints etc. They are also an excellent tool for preparing concrete surfaces for resinous coatings.
