These high quality Redi Lock style tools were specifically designed to be fast cutting, long lasting and produce a tighter scratch pattern. Can be used wet or dry and are available in double seg configuration. The segments are placed on the core with one parallel and one at 30-degree angle to the outer diameter of the tooling plate. This strategic placement provides excellent cutting ability and a tighter scratch pattern.
The large 13mm tall segments and high diamond concentration ensure long life (10K sq ft +) when the correct bond is selected. There are two segment shapes. The 30/40 grit rectangular block shape easily remove the scratches created by “Ripper” segs. The 60/80 grit S shape has no corners or leading edges and further refines the substrate making it easier to transition with G-Force ceramics or wet copper transitional type tooling.
