SpecPrime is a ready-to-use, re-emulsifiable underlayment primer specifically formulated to bond new concrete and SpecChem underlayments to horizontal concrete or other sound surfaces. It is recommended for interior and dry applications only and is particularly designed for use with SpecFlow.
