We are excited to welcome Jake Stinson to the Runyon Team. Jake started his journey with us about nine months ago. Jake was born 1/24/97 in Greenwood, Indiana. He grew up having strong family roots with his mom (Karalee), dad (Dave), and sister (Oliva) in Moorseville, Indiana. As a youngster, he had a love for sports but found his passion for playing golf.
He was an Indiana All-State in golf which earned him a full-ride scholarship to college. He respectfully declined. He was given the opportunity to work for a local flooring contractor in High School, that is where he was introduced to his second passion. He worked part-time as an epoxy installer in high school and after high school, he was a full-time employee. That is where he developed his love for the flooring industry! Jake joined our team with 5 years of experience under his belt in grinding & polishing and in the epoxy industry.
With Jake’s vast knowledge, he was a perfect fit for our Technical Sales Rep position. In the last nine months, Jake has traveled around the country training our customers on our Runyon trowel system, grinding & polishing, how to do cove base, and much more.
In his spare time, his family is #1! The entire family golfs, camps, loves boating and waterskiing. The one thing I have learned about Jake is that he loves Italian food and hates seafood!
