The RSP Quattro 4-Seg is an aggressive tool similar to a cap cutter. This tool is ideal for large aggregate exposure. It’s available in 16, 30, 70, and 120 grit and extra soft, soft, medium, or hard bond hardness. The current life of these tools is approx. 15,000 square feet. Due to the aggressiveness of this tool, it can only be run at 200-300 rpm under a floor grinder. This is a heavy-cutting tool ideal for quick aggregate exposure. It’s designed to quickly remove the cap and can be used to remove thin mil coatings. You can use double the head pressure on smaller machines (pounds per square inch) v. comparable products. In fact, this tool is ideal for 110V machines, swing machines, and light grinder models. Half the segments to the floor means it makes the cut much faster.
