Description
The CPS Mach Hybrid Bond diamond tooling has been specially formulated to cut like a metal without the glazing and heavy scratches. They can also be used as a starting point on new construction slabs as well as most other concrete floors. The lower grit Mach Hybrid tools can also be used to remove cure and seals. The Mach series tool is a great tool to be able to transition from a metal to a polishing resin, or even do your initial cut on the floor.
They transition well straight to Sektors. Mach tools cut every floor and no water is needed. Mach tools will take on hard concrete and grind down to exposed aggregate if needed. Mach 0 Tool: is a 16/20 grit, is a very aggressive cut. This specially formulated Mach 0 resin cuts like a metal tool with exceptional life (up to 7500 square feet.) Mach 0 is a very aggressive tool for very hard concrete.
Mach 1 Tool: is a 30/40 grit resin tool. The mach 1 tool is a nice tool to start a new concrete floor. This tool can follow a 40 metal cut no problem. This tool works very well to remove repair materials from the floor, such as CPS armor grout, or any other material used to repair or grout a concrete floor. This tool is also part of the NXT floor program. This specially formulated Mach 1 resin cuts like a metal with exceptional life (up to 7500 square feet.) The Mach 1 is an aggressive tool for medium to hard concrete.
Mach 2 Tool: is a 60/80 grit resin. This tool can follow up most 40 grit metal scratches and all 60 to 80 grit metal bonded tooling. This tool is also a great tool to remove some thinner repair material, such as CPS armor grout, and any other material used to grout a concrete floor. This tool is part of the NXT floor system. This specially formulated Mach 2 resin cuts like a metal with exceptional life (up to 7500 square feet.) The Mach 2 is an aggressive tool for medium to hard concrete and follows the Mach 1.
Mach 3P Tool: a 100/120 grit resin hybrid with a yellow case. This tool is a very good tool to transition to polishing resins. It can follow most 60 to 80 grit metal bonded tools and all 100 to 120 grit metal bonded tools. This will leave the floor with a nice honed finish. This tool is part of the next floor system. This specially formulated Mach 3P resin cuts like a metal with exceptional life (up to 7500 square feet.) The Mach 3P is a less aggressive tool than the 2, but it is still ideal for medium to hard concrete and follows the Mach 2. (Note: The Mach 3P replaced the old-style Mach 3).
