This 10″ x .250 Joint Clean-Out / Tuck-Pointing Blade is ideal for cleaning out straight control joints in preparation to fill them. This blade is also ideal for repairing grout, cleaning, and routing cement mortar between the joints on masonry walls. Tuck points are used for the removal of damaged mortar and to prepare masonry surfaces for new mortar. These joint clean-out tuck-pointing blades are available in several different widths to match the width of the joint/mortar. These blades have the hardest bond compared to the general purpose or crack chasing blades because they’re designed to provide good life in soft/abrasive applications.
The blade is 10″ in diameter and has a 7/8″ – 1″ arbor. This blade is .250″ thick.
